Semiautomatic Weight filling machine

1) It is PLC + HMI controlled,with quick& slow filling mode,andwhen filling begin, the quick filling valve is on, and start to fill, and when it reached setting

2) volume for quickfilling, theslow fillingmodewill begin to work until it reachedto thesetvolume for slow filling.

3) With each filling nozzle controlled by weighing sensor and its feeding system,can make fine adjustment on fillingvolume of each filling nozzle.

4) The filling nozzles can dive into containers when start filling ,and then ascend to bottle opening when filling is over.

5) )Automatic drip collecting tray will be actuated after filling is over.
